Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trekbooker's Role
Trekbooker provides booking, scheduling, communication, and payment software.
Trekbooker is not a tour operator, guide service, travel agency, or activity provider.
2. Operator-Controlled Policies
Each Operator establishes its own:
- Cancellation policy
- Refund policy
- Rescheduling policy
- No-show policy
Guests are responsible for reviewing Operator policies before booking.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted directly to the Operator providing the booked service.
Operators are solely responsible for determining eligibility for refunds.
4. Trekbooker Does Not Control Refund Decisions
Trekbooker:
- Does not provide booked activities
- Does not control Operators
- Does not determine refund eligibility
- Does not guarantee refunds
Refund decisions are made solely by the Operator.
5. Chargebacks
Guests should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the Operator.
Operators are responsible for handling chargebacks and payment disputes.
6. Force Majeure
Weather events, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, emergencies, and similar circumstances are governed by the applicable Operator's policies.
Trekbooker is not responsible for resulting cancellations or refunds.
7. Platform Fees
Any Trekbooker platform fees or processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
8. No Liability
Trekbooker shall not be liable for:
- Activity cancellations
- Service interruptions
- Operator decisions
- Weather-related cancellations
- No-shows
- Delays
- Rescheduling disputes
- Refund disputes
